AI systems that pay for themselves
Tender applications. The same email, again. Invoices nobody has chased. I'm Karl from Pin High, and I build AI systems that take that work off your team, then show you in pounds what they save each month.
Based in Camberley and happy to come to you. No sales pitch and no survey to fill in: just a 30-minute conversation about your business. Your written AI assessment follows, free and yours to keep, whether or not we work together.

What you can count on
Done once, not twice
Systems that take the re-keying, chasing and repeat questions off your team.
Proved every month
A one-page report of hours saved and pounds back, measured against a baseline you agreed.
Yours to keep
Built on your accounts, fully documented. No lock-in, one month's notice.
Don't take my numbers. Use yours.
Think of the work your team re-types, chases or answers again every week. Set your figures and see what it adds up to.
People doing repeat work
Anyone who re-types, chases or answers the same thing
Hours each lose per day
Be honest. Most people guess low.
What an hour costs you
Wage plus on-costs, roughly
10 people losing 1 hours a day at £20 an hour: £4,333 a month, £52,000 a year, 217 hours of your team's time every month.
How it works
From one conversation to a system that pays for itself.
- Step 1:
Day 1
30 minutes with you
No survey to fill in. An open conversation about your business: how work comes in, where it stalls, what gets done twice.
- Step 2:
Same week
30 minutes with your team leaders
The people closest to the work show me where the hours really go. It's often not where owners expect.
- Step 3:
48 hours later
Your AI assessment
Three targets, each valued in pounds. The top one mapped in depth: what to build, what it saves, how long it takes. Free, and yours to keep.
- Step 4:
Before we build
Agree the baseline
We write down how long the work takes today and what an hour is worth to you. Every result is measured against it.
- Step 5:
By day 30
First system live
Built around how your team already works, on your own accounts, with your team trained to use it.
- Step 6:
By day 90
It's paid for itself
Measured against your baseline. If it hasn't, I keep working free until it does.
- Then,
Every month
Report, then the next build
One page: hours saved and pounds back. Then we pick the next opportunity and build it.
The report that lands every month
One page, a three-minute read. If the numbers don't stack up, you'll see it in black and white, the same day I do.
Live: tender applications on your branded templates.Next: invoice follow-ups.
The guarantee
Your first system pays for itself in 90 days, or I keep working free until it does.
Measured against the baseline we agree before I build anything. You sign off the numbers, not me.
- You own everything I build
- Runs on your accounts, fully documented
- Leave with one month's notice
Not chatbots. Systems that do the boring bit.
Typed once, used everywhere
Before: someone spends Friday afternoon re-keying job sheets into the accounts.
After: they're in as each job closes, and Friday is free.
The same answer, every time
Before: your best people answer the same customer questions all day.
After: a reply drafted from your own policies is waiting, ready to check and send.
No more chasing
Before: quotes go cold and approvals sit in someone's inbox.
After: follow-ups go out on time, and Monday starts with one summary instead of three systems.
Pricing
Start with a free assessment. Then choose your pace.
Every retainer includes the build, the monthly report and the guarantee. What changes is how closely I work with your team, and how fast the next system arrives.

Every engagement starts here
30 minutes with you and 30 with your team leaders, then a written assessment within 48 hours: three targets valued in pounds, with the top one mapped in depth.

Who you'll work with
I'm Karl. You'll deal with my wife and me, start to finish.
We're based in Camberley and work with a few businesses at a time, so each one gets our full attention. [ONE OR TWO LINES ON YOUR BACKGROUND AND WHY YOU STARTED PIN HIGH.]
I build with Claude, Anthropic's AI, every day and hold the Claude Partner badge for Claude Code. Everything I build runs on your accounts and comes fully documented, so another developer could pick it up tomorrow.
More about me The questions owners ask first.
Is this about replacing my staff?
No. It takes away the tasks nobody enjoys, so your people spend their time on the work that needs them. Most teams are relieved, not worried, once they see it.
Are there other costs on top of the retainer?
The AI software itself has a running cost, usually [£X] a month. You'll see the exact figure in writing before you commit, with no surprises later.
My customers won't want to talk to a robot.
Most of what I build works behind the scenes. Anything customer-facing only goes live if you're happy with it.
What happens to our data?
We agree up front exactly what the AI can see, and set everything up with business-grade privacy settings, on your accounts.
We've already tried ChatGPT.
That's a tool your team has to remember to use. What I build sits inside the way the work already flows, so nobody has to change habits.
You're a small team. What if something happens to you?
Everything runs on your accounts and is fully documented. You own it, and another developer could pick it up tomorrow.
How do I know it's actually saving money?
We agree the baseline before I build anything, and the monthly report measures against it. You sign off the numbers.
One conversation. Three targets. One in depth.
There's no survey to complete. We spend 30 minutes talking openly about your business, then I spend 30 minutes with your team leaders. Your written assessment follows within 48 hours, whatever you decide.
